Responsibilities:
- Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.
- Develop quarterly and monthly plans aligned w i th this strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating them to millions of players.
- Plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to “stay, play and pay” and that are aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets.
- Develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation. This would include the campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
- Works closely with the creative and operations teams, product owners and BA team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Monetization, Business/Economics, Data Analytics, Pricing, E-commerce, or other data-driven commercial roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong business and economic thinking, with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, Vertica, or similar BI/data tools is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, using AI for analysis, research, ideation, automation, and productivity.
- Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or other digital consumer products is a strong advantage.
- Personal gaming background is an advantage.
