Our Pledge

Mashak is a community for Israeli game developers of all backgrounds, experience levels, and disciplines. We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone.

Expected Behavior

• Be respectful and considerate in all interactions
• Give constructive feedback and be open to receiving it
• Respect differing viewpoints and experience levels
• Support fellow community members and celebrate their achievements

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Posting offensive, sexually explicit, or violent content
• Trolling, personal attacks, or deliberate provocation
• Spam, self-promotion without contribution, or deceptive practices

Enforcement

Community moderators may remove content, issue warnings, or ban users who violate this code of conduct. Decisions are made at the moderators' discretion and are final. If you witness a violation, please report it to our moderation team via Discord or email.

Scope

This code of conduct applies to all Mashak spaces — the website, Discord server, community events, and any other official channels.
