By accessing or using HaMeshek (gamedev.co.il), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
HaMeshek is operated by Dor Zairi, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada. "We" and "us" in these terms mean the operator.
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. One person may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you post on HaMeshek (games, articles, images, etc.). By posting content, you grant HaMeshek a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You must not post content that you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate your access to HaMeshek at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. You may also delete your account at any time.
HaMeshek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. HaMeshek is not responsible for content posted by users or for any interactions between users, including job listings and applications.
Some pages on HaMeshek are compiled from public sources, such as game stores, studio websites and job boards. If a page is about you or your company, or uses material you hold the rights to, you can ask for it to be removed at gamedev.co.il/removals, with or without an account. We acknowledge each request straight away and act on it within three business days. Removed pages are taken out of public view and search, and the record is kept out of reach.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not take away any protection that the law of the country you live in gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
