As an HR Operations Manager, you will:
- Own employee lifecycle operations, from onboarding and employment changes to transfers, leave and offboarding.
- Drive monthly payroll coordination with Finance and payroll partners, ensuring accurate and timely inputs.
- Maintain accurate global employee records and deliver headcount and workforce reports.
- Manage employment administration across local entities, EOR providers and contractors.
- Independently run performance and salary review cycles, guiding managers and ensuring timely completion.
- Administer bonus plans, coordinate calculations and prepare employee communications.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company gatherings, including Crazy Connect.
- Maintain HR documentation, support compliance requirements and drive process improvements through HR technology, AI and automation.
Requirements
The HR Operations Manager role requires:
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a global technology or gaming company.
- Proven ability to independently lead processes and projects, prioritize competing needs and follow through with minimal guidance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management and HR reporting.
- Experience managing performance reviews, salary reviews and bonus administration.
- Familiarity with international employment arrangements and EOR platforms such as Deel or Remote.
- Strong spreadsheet and HR systems skills, with an interest in AI and automation.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and locations.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
